| 2/13/2012 - Burglary of Building at Carwash on North Raul Longoria Road | |
Friday morning,
February 10, 2012, approximately 8:20am.
San Juan Police arrive at the 4700 block N Raul Longoria Rd in reference
to a burglary of a building. San Juan
Police are informed by the owners that when they arrived at their business that
morning, they found the front door and front window open. Also noticed by the owners was that several
items were taken-a 24 inch black Dynex HD TV, a yellow Champion 5000 watt gas
powered generator and a spray paint gun.
The owners state that one of them was at the business until 11pm the
previous night but that the building was secured and locked when they
left. Police determine entry was made
through the front window and the suspect(s) left through the front door. Investigators also noticed dried muddy
footprints by the front door.

8am on Friday Feb 10 and may have noticed anything that can help San Juan

| | 2/6/2012 - Knife Pulled by Unknown Subjects at Family Party | |
Saturday, February
4, 2012, approximately 10:58pm. San Juan
Police respond to 1200 block East FM 495 in reference to an unwanted subject
who displayed a knife. When San Juan
Police arrive, they are told that a family was having a party for a family
member when two intoxicated subjects entered from the bar next door. One of the
subjects started to argue with the daughters.
The dad asked the subjects to leave his daughters alone when one of the
subjects became upset and pulled a pocket knife on them. The subject with the knife was described as
wearing a grey muscle shirt with blue jeans and carrying a yellow and white
striped shirt. The subject was about
5ft-2in in height and approximately 120 lbs.
He was further described as bald and full of tattoos. The second subject was described as 5ft-8in,
heavy set, in his 50s and had long black hair and a long beard. He was wearing a red sweat shirt over blue
jeans and was displaying “gang signs”.
Both of the subjects left in a four door maroon sedan traveling east on
FM 495. If you were in the area at the

| | 1/30/2012 - Dummy Grenade used to Threaten Family | |
Friday night, January 27, approximately 9:30 pm, San Juan Police respond to the 100 block
Jacarada in reference to an initial call of Criminal Mischief. As San Juan Police are enroute, they are
further informed that a grenade may be involved. When they are arrive,
homeowners confirm that someone had thrown a grenade through their front bay
window at approximately 9pm. Immediately
San Juan Police escort the family off the property and call San Juan Fire Dept,
ATF and the McAllen Bomb Squad. After
the Bomb Squad checks the grenade, they discover it is a dummy grenade with a
note attached to it threatening the family.
Witnesses indicate that a black in color Sebring or Altima was seen with
a male subject exiting from the front passenger side and throwing something at

| | 1/23/2012 - Orange Backhoe Taken From Job Site on East Expressway-West Bound | |
Sunday,
January 22, 2011, 900 Block E Expressway 83-West Bound.
As San Juan Police arrive, they are informed that an orange 2004 Case
580M Series 2 backhoe was taken from the job site. The owner told San Juan Police that he last
saw the backhoe at the job site on Saturday, Jan 21, where he left it with its bucket
and the backstands down and certain wiring removed as a security measure. If you were in the area of the theft and may
have seen someone taking the backhoe or may have information on who may have

| | 1/16/2012 - Homicide at 600 Block South I Road | |
Early Monday
morning, January 16, 2012, approximately 4am, 600 block South I Road. During a
party in one of the apartments, a group of 8 men and women beat a man; drag his
body down the stairs and out the back to a dumpster where they leave the body. The victim was found dead later in the morning. Some
of the suspects were reported to be wearing all black, one was wearing red
shirt and black shorts, and another was wearing white shirt, khaki pants and a
black baseball cap. One individual was described as tall, approximately 6ft,
thin and possibly Caucasian due to a very light skin color. After the body was
dragged behind the dumpster, the suspects left in different vehicles-a
pick-up truck, a dark colored car and a light colored Cadillac. If you were in

| | 1/9/2012 - Weapons Taken From Residence on Safari Drive | |
Monday,
Jan 2, 2012, approximately 12:40pm, 400 block Safari Dr. When San Juan Police arrive, they are
informed someone kicked in the front door of the residence and made entry. The unknown suspects took a Smith and Wesson
M&P 15T AR15, a Remington Nitro Mag shotgun, a .22-250 hunting rifle with
scope, 2-Vizio 32 inch flatscreen TVs, an X Box 360, a jar filled with coins, paintball
guns and a checkbook. As San Juan Police
search the area, they find the Remington Nitro Mag shotgun by the side of the
fence and footprints are noticed and processed.
Information gathered indicates that three juveniles were seen in a field
behind the house. If you were in the

| | 1/2/2012 - Aggravated Assault at Lions Park | |
Wednesday
night, December 28, 2011, approximately 9:30 pm. Police respond to 308 E 10th
St-Lions Park in reference to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. When
San Juan Police arrive, they are informed that a young couple was sitting in
the park listening to music when a tan colored Tahoe drove by and stopped at a
vacant lot adjacent and just southwest of the park. Three suspects got out of the vehicle and
started to walk towards them. As the
suspects got closer, the victims could see that the suspects had their faces
covered by bandanas, two suspects were wearing red bandanas and the third
suspect was wearing a green bandana. One of the suspects wearing a red bandana
had a yellow hammer and was described as short, slim, spoke English, wearing black gym shorts, red shirt
with a black jacket. The other suspect
wearing the red bandana was described as tall and chubby wearing a black muscle
shirt. The third suspect was described
as wearing a green bandana, no information on the color/type of clothing. The suspects confronted the couple and
demanded money and the female victim’s purse.
When the victims explained they only had a dollar, the suspect carrying
the yellow hammer demanded the male victim’s chain. The victim refused and the suspect struck the
victim on his head with the yellow hammer, causing a laceration on the victim’s
head. The female victim tried to walk
away but was confronted by the suspect carrying the yellow hammer and forced to
give up her large light blue and white purse.
Information received indicates that someone yelled at the suspects for
them to stop and the suspects ran towards their vehicle and left the scene. Information also received indicates that the
tan Tahoe was parked “backed-up” for a quick getaway and may have been parked
next to a red and white Blazer also parked “backed-up” in the vacant lot. If you were in the area during the incident

| | 12/12/2011 - Heavy Set Females Take Heavy Set Auto Parts At Jesse`s Muffler Shop | |
Thursday,
December 8, 2011, San Juan Police respond to 400 block West Business 83, Jesse’s
Muffler Shop, in reference to a theft of auto parts that occurred. When police arrive, they are informed that
the location’s security system recorded two heavy set females entering the
south side of the business on Tuesday night, December 6 at approximately
10:30pm. Police are told that after
entering the business, they were observed taking motor vehicle parts from the
vehicles that are being serviced. Taken
from the business were a large red jack valued at $350.00, an engine block
valued at $800.00, two transmissions valued at $800.00 each and an engine
intake whose cost was $200.00. If you

| | 12/7/2011 - Homicide at 400 block West 13th Street | |
Sunday
night, December 4, 2011, approximately 8:20pm.
Police respond to 400 block West 13th Street in San Juan in reference
to a possible shooting. As San Juan
Police arrive and secure the area, they are informed by a family member of the
victim that the victim was lying in the hallway of the residence. Police and medical first responders notice no
signs of life on the victim who had sustained a gunshot wound to the
chest. The victim was identified as
Efren Escamilla, 37. During the initial
phase of the investigation, San Juan Investigators are informed of a suspicious
early-2000 black 4-door Chrysler that was seen in the area and that may have
backed into the victim’s driveway. Witnesses say a male suspect stocky with short
hair got out of the car and walked into the backyard. Police are also informed that “bangs” were heard
in the area at approximately 7:30pm at around the end of the Cowboy football

| | 12/5/2011 - ``Grinch`` Strikes Early on West 14th Street | |
Wednesday,
November 30, 2011, approximately 9:40pm.
Police respond to the 200 block of West 14th Street in
reference to a theft that had occurred. Police
are told that several air-filled Christmas decorations were taken from the east
side of their front yard sometime earlier in the evening. Altogether, five 8ft tall blow-up air-filled
Christmas decorations were taken – a Santa Claus balloon, a Frosty the Snowman
balloon and three cube shaped balloons with gold, green and red ribbons. If you were in the area at the time of the
